During my own divorce, I drew on my life experience in finance and business to make it through.

But at sixty, after twenty-five years of marriage, it was not easy. I believe no one needs to learn the hard way, so I am sharing my knowledge and experience.

I want to show women how to take back their power, begin again, and achieve their dream of a happy life in a graceful and compassionate manner. As women, we often put the needs of others ahead of our own. Yet it is so important to take care of ourselves, especially during something as hard and life changing as divorce. I hope to inspire my readers, showing them that it is never too late to begin again or to create a happy life. We each deserve fulfillment and have the right to have our own dreams. The second part of this journal will help you to visualize what you want your life to look like, help you to find your purpose and joy, and encourage you to act on your dreams.

You are worthy of your dreams. They are yours to develop, regardless of where you are in your life. I hope that my guided journal will help you to pursue your new beginning with hope, renewed ambition, and enthusiasm.
